Please be aware that descriptions of your exhibit and pictures you upload into the proposal will appear verbatim on our website and other printed materials (placards, signs, etc). So please be sure to proofread your submissions!
Our vision for the Faire is to have a participatory celebration of making. We’d like to keep the number of commercial makers around 20% of our total. The organizing team will make the final determination on commercial makers. If you would like to promote your business, services or sell something at your table (be a commercial maker), the cost is a non-refundable $150 per space, payable upon acceptance to the Faire. Note: there is no cost for non-commercial makers.
Commercial Makers must submit a Virginia State Sales and Use Tax form in order to be able to sell at the Faire.
Temporary versions of this Sales and Use Tax form are required for makers who reside outside of Virginia.
